8.2 Refunds

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of the total amount paid by you to Kefalindo in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that we deem harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties.
